Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 2026-10-28

1. 1. Business details

The online store www.blouzaki.com is operated by PNG Safety Ltd, trading as Blouzaki, a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus.

Address: Serifou 20A, 3046 Limassol, Cyprus. Company registration number: HE59592. VAT number: 10059592D. Email: orders@blouzaki.com.

The terms "Blouzaki", "we" and "us" refer to PNG Safety Ltd.

2. 2. Scope

These terms govern purchases made through the online store. The Shipping & Delivery Policy and the Returns, Withdrawal & Refunds Policy supplement these terms.

Before submitting an order, please read the relevant texts and check the details of your purchase. You may save or print these terms.

Information on the processing of personal data is provided in the Privacy Policy. Accepting the terms of sale does not constitute consent to optional marketing communications or non-essential cookies.

No provision limits mandatory consumer rights.

3. 3. Consumer and business purchases

Consumer purchases (B2C) are purchases by natural persons for purposes outside their trade, business or professional activity.

Business purchases (B2B) are purchases by businesses or natural persons within the course of their professional activity.

The customer’s status is judged on the actual circumstances and the purpose of the transaction.

Anyone ordering on behalf of a business declares that they hold the necessary authorisation. Special B2B commercial terms apply only where agreed in writing.

4. 4. Accounts and customer details

The customer must provide accurate and up-to-date contact, billing and delivery details and protect their account credentials.

If you suspect unauthorised use of your account, please notify us immediately.

We may restrict access to an account for documented reasons of security, fraud or material breach of these terms, with appropriate notice where permitted. This does not remove rights arising from existing orders.

5. 5. Products, descriptions and availability

The main characteristics, composition, and available sizes and colours are presented on the product pages.

Photographs aim at an accurate presentation. Colour rendering may be affected by your screen and its settings. Any technical tolerances are stated where known and do not exclude rights for material deviations from the agreed description.

Availability may change between checking and submitting an order. If a shortage arises, we will inform you of the available options. We do not substitute a product with a different item without your agreement.

A product that we source from abroad or to order is not automatically considered personalised.

6. 6. Order and formation of contract

Before completing your purchase you can check and correct the products, quantities and your details.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. The automatic order-receipt message confirms that we received it and does not in itself constitute acceptance.

The contract is formed when we send explicit acceptance of the order or a dispatch confirmation. For personalised or special orders, written acceptance may precede dispatch.

Before acceptance we may decline an order for objective reasons, such as unavailability, inability to take payment, an obvious error or a reasonable suspicion of fraud. If we have already collected an amount for an order we do not accept, we refund it without undue delay.

After the contract is formed, any change or cancellation by us takes place only in accordance with the contract and applicable law.

Confirmation of the contract and the required information are provided by email or another durable medium.

7. 7. Prices, taxes and delivery cost

Prices are quoted in euro. Consumer prices include the applicable VAT. Business prices may be displayed without VAT, provided this is clearly indicated.

Before final submission, the total payable amount is displayed, including taxes, delivery and any other applicable charges.

Where the delivery cost is calculated for the basket and embedded in the final item prices, the relevant charge and the final total are displayed before purchase. The same cost is not charged a second time as a separate fee.

Any minimum order value or restriction is communicated before the order is submitted.

Price changes apply to future purchases and do not alter the price of a contract already formed.

8. 8. Payments

The available payment methods and their conditions are shown during checkout. They may include card payment, cash on delivery, or agreed credit for approved business accounts.

The time at which an amount is charged or reserved is communicated at the relevant payment stage. Successful payment does not replace acceptance of the order under section 6.

For business purchases on credit, the written agreed payment terms apply. Any arrears are handled in accordance with the agreement and the law.

9. 9. Personalised products

For products with printing, embroidery, a logo or special construction, the customer must carefully check the details, quantities, sizes and the design submitted for approval.

Production is based on the final written approval. Subsequent changes are considered according to the production stage and require a new agreement on any cost and time.

The customer declares that they have the right to use the logos and other material they supply to us.

For clearly personalised products, the statutory exception from withdrawal applies. Rights for defects, incorrect execution or deviation from the approved specifications remain intact.

10. 10. Shipping and delivery time

Available destinations, delivery methods and estimated times are shown before ordering and are detailed in the Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Products may be shipped from facilities of a cooperating supplier, including warehouses in Spain. The contractual seller remains PNG Safety Ltd.

For consumer purchases, unless a different time is agreed, delivery takes place without undue delay and within 30 days of the conclusion of the contract. A longer time for special production or another case must be communicated and agreed before conclusion.

If we do not deliver on time, the consumer may set a reasonable additional period and, if it passes without delivery, terminate the contract. Where the law allows immediate termination, no additional period is required.

On lawful termination for non-delivery we refund the amounts paid without undue delay.

11. 11. Receipt, risk and ownership

For consumer purchases, the risk of loss or damage passes when you, or a third party you have designated other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the products. The statutory exceptions apply where you independently commission a carrier we did not offer.

Transport terms between us and our suppliers do not transfer risk to the consumer prematurely.

Ownership passes upon full payment, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Please check your order and inform us in good time of damage, shortages or errors. Not reporting at delivery does not automatically remove legal rights.

12. 12. Delivery details and non-receipt

The customer must provide a correct and complete address and cooperate reasonably for receipt.

Actual and reasonable additional costs arising from incorrect details or culpable non-receipt may be claimed only to the extent permitted by the agreement and the law and communicated as required.

Simply refusing receipt or not collecting a parcel does not in itself constitute a clear declaration of withdrawal. To withdraw, please notify us explicitly of your decision.

13. 13. Withdrawal and returns

Consumers have a 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal, with the statutory exceptions and any extensions.

The declaration deadline, the return shipment, the costs, the exceptions and the refund are described in detail in the Returns, Withdrawal & Refunds Policy.

Withdrawal does not depend on our prior approval.

14. 14. Legal guarantee of conformity

For consumer purchases, the statutory conformity rights of Cypriot law apply, including the prescribed two-year period of seller liability.

Depending on the legal conditions, free repair or replacement, a proportionate price reduction or termination of the contract is provided.

A manufacturer’s commercial guarantee, where provided, applies in addition. The consumer may turn to PNG Safety Ltd as the seller, without being required to resolve the matter exclusively with the manufacturer or supplier.

15. 15. Additional terms for business purchases (B2B)

Approval of a business account, discounts, credit limits and payment terms are determined following commercial assessment.

Special offer terms prevail over the general commercial terms only to the extent agreed in writing and not contrary to mandatory law.

The business customer must check the products in good time and notify us of identified shortages or deviations. For latent defects, the contract and applicable law apply.

No statutory consumer right of withdrawal is provided. Returns of correctly delivered products require prior written agreement.

Any Incoterms apply only where explicitly agreed, specifying the relevant place and their edition.

16. 16. Offers and discount codes

Each offer or code is governed by the terms communicated before its use, such as duration, eligible products and minimum purchase value.

On return of a product, the amount actually paid after the corresponding discount is taken into account.

No retroactive new conditions are imposed that restrict a statutory right to a refund.

17. 17. Liability and events beyond control

Our liability is governed by applicable law. Liability that the law does not permit to be excluded or limited is neither excluded nor limited.

For business transactions, any special limitations of liability require written agreement and apply only to the extent permitted by law.

In an extraordinary event beyond our reasonable control that affects performance, we will inform the customer and take reasonable measures to limit the delay.

Ordinary stock shortages or supplier difficulties do not automatically constitute force majeure. In every case the consumer’s mandatory rights to delivery, termination and refund are preserved.

18. 18. Intellectual property and use of the site

The content of the store is protected by copyright and trade-mark law and belongs to PNG Safety Ltd or the respective rights holders.

Unauthorised commercial reproduction, distribution or exploitation is prohibited.

Unlawful access, attempts to breach security and actions that disrupt the operation of the store are also prohibited. Saving purchase details and terms for personal records or the exercise of legal rights is permitted.

19. 19. Complaints and disputes

For complaints, contact orders@blouzaki.com, stating the order and the issue you are facing. We will examine the request and seek a timely, documented reply.

You retain the right to turn to the Consumer Protection Service, to a competent alternative dispute resolution body where available and competent, or to the competent courts.

The internal complaints procedure is not a prerequisite for, and does not limit, the deadlines for exercising legal rights.

20. 20. Governing law and amendments

Contracts are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus. Consumers retain the protection of mandatory provisions and the jurisdictional rights provided by applicable EU and national law.

For purely business transactions, the courts of the Republic of Cyprus have jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Each order is governed by the version of the terms in force at the conclusion of the contract. Later amendments do not apply retroactively without a legal basis or agreement.

If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply to the extent permitted by law.
