Shipping & Delivery Policy

Last updated: 2026-10-28

1. 1. Origin of shipments

Orders may be shipped directly from warehouses of our cooperating suppliers, including facilities in Spain, or from other facilities used to fulfil the order.

Regardless of the point of dispatch, the seller and party responsible for performing the contract towards the customer remains PNG Safety Ltd.

The commercial terms between our company and its suppliers do not limit the consumer’s rights nor transfer the transport risk to them before lawful receipt.

2. 2. Delivery areas

We deliver to Cyprus, to the addresses served by our cooperating carriers.

Delivery to other European Union member states is available only where the specific destination is supported at checkout or has been agreed in writing before the conclusion of the contract.

Deliveries outside the European Union take place only following special written agreement.

Any geographic restrictions, special access terms or delivery to a collection point instead of the customer’s address are communicated before the order is submitted.

3. 3. Shipping methods

Depending on volume, destination and availability, the following are used:

  • Courier service, mainly for available products and smaller orders.
  • Organised freight or sea transport, mainly for large business orders or factory shipments.
  • The applicable method and the relevant timeframe are communicated before the customer is bound.
  • We do not substitute an agreed service with a transport method that causes material delay or additional charge without prior agreement.

4. 4. Preparation and delivery times

Available products: for products in available stock, preparation and handover to the carrier usually take place within 1–2 working days of acceptance of the order, once the agreed payment conditions are met.

The usual total estimated delivery time in Cyprus is 8–10 working days from acceptance of the order, unless a different time is stated before purchase. This period includes the usual preparation and is not added to it.

Large, factory or personalised orders: for orders requiring production, personalisation or freight transport, the usual estimated time may be 4–6 weeks. The specific time, its starting point and any necessary approval of artwork or specifications are agreed in writing before the conclusion of the contract.

Calculation of times: working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays that affect preparation or transport. Estimates do not override a specific deadline we have agreed nor the consumer’s legal rights.

For consumer purchases, unless a different time has been agreed, we deliver without undue delay and at the latest within 30 calendar days of the conclusion of the contract.

If you need products for a specific event or date, inform us before ordering so we can confirm whether we can undertake the relevant commitment.

5. 5. Delivery costs and minimum order

Consumer orders (B2C): the delivery cost is calculated for the whole basket and embedded in the final item prices shown in the cart and at checkout.

Before final submission, the following are clearly displayed:

  • The value of the products before the delivery cost is added.
  • The delivery cost embedded in the order.
  • The total payable amount, including the applicable VAT.
  • The embedded delivery cost is not charged a second time as a separate fee.
  • Embedding the cost in the price does not mean that delivery is provided free of charge.
  • The minimum product value for retail orders is €35, including VAT and before the delivery cost is added.
  • Business orders (B2B): delivery costs are determined according to volume, weight, destination and the agreed transport method, and are shown on the order or the relevant quotation before its acceptance.
  • Additional charges: we do not add, after the conclusion of the contract, an unagreed charge because the actual cost of the carrier or supplier differs from our initial calculation. Any optional additional service requires prior information and the customer’s explicit agreement.

6. 6. Shipment confirmation and tracking

Receipt of the order by our system does not mean the products have already been shipped.

After dispatch we inform the customer by email or another agreed means. Where supported by the carrier, we provide a tracking number or relevant link.

If you do not receive an update within the expected time, contact orders@blouzaki.com.

7. 7. Address details and receipt

Please enter correctly the recipient’s full name, the complete address, the postal code, the telephone number and any necessary access instructions.

A request to change the address after submission is considered according to the stage of fulfilment. After dispatch, the change may not be possible.

If additional actual and reasonable cost arises due to incorrect details or culpable non-receipt, we will inform you of the reason and the amount. Any charge applies only to the extent agreed as required and permitted by law.

We do not pass on to the customer costs arising from our own error or a carrier error for which we are responsible.

Simply not collecting a parcel does not in itself constitute a clear declaration of withdrawal. To withdraw, notify us explicitly of your decision in accordance with the Returns Policy.

8. 8. Partial deliveries

An order may be delivered in more than one parcel. We will inform you if partial delivery materially affects the agreed time or method of delivery.

No additional charge is imposed for a partial shipment we choose without prior agreement.

For the calculation of the withdrawal deadline in a consumer order with products delivered separately, the rules of the Returns Policy and the law apply.

9. 9. Delays and non-delivery

If a material delay is expected, we will inform you of the reason and the revised timeframe.

You may contact us as soon as the agreed or announced time has passed; you do not need to wait additional days to report the problem.

In a consumer purchase, if we do not deliver within the agreed or statutory deadline, you may ask us to deliver within a reasonable additional period. If that passes without delivery, you are entitled to terminate the contract.

On lawful termination for non-delivery, we refund the amounts paid without undue delay.

10. 10. Damage or loss in transit

If a parcel arrives damaged or with missing items, or is lost in transit, contact us at orders@blouzaki.com with your order number.

Photographs and keeping the packaging help the investigation, without being a mandatory precondition for exercising legal rights.

Signing for receipt or not recording damage in front of the carrier does not automatically remove your rights.

Where we are responsible for loss, damage or incorrect delivery, we undertake the investigation and the prescribed remedy without requiring you to claim compensation from the carrier yourself.

11. 11. Transfer of risk

For consumer purchases, the risk of loss or damage passes when you or a third party you have designated, other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the products.

If you independently commission a carrier we did not offer, the relevant statutory exception applies, without prejudice to your rights against the carrier.

For business purchases, special transport terms or Incoterms apply only where explicitly agreed in writing, with reference to the relevant place and the applicable edition.

12. 12. Taxes, duties and international deliveries

Consumer prices include the applicable VAT. The tax treatment is determined according to the transaction and the destination and is reflected before purchase.

For specially agreed delivery outside the European Union, the import terms and who bears duties, taxes and customs clearance costs are communicated before conclusion.

If charges cannot reasonably be calculated in advance, their possible existence and the relevant responsibility are communicated before the customer is bound.

13. 13. Force majeure

Extraordinary events beyond our reasonable control may affect transport or delivery. We will inform affected customers and take reasonable measures to limit the consequences.

Ordinary stock shortage or supplier difficulty is not automatically characterised as force majeure.

In every case the consumer’s mandatory rights to delivery, termination and refund are preserved.

14. 14. Returns and contact

The conditions of withdrawal, the return costs and the refund of original delivery costs are governed by the Returns, Withdrawal & Refunds Policy.

Embedding the delivery cost in the product prices does not in itself create a right to withhold it in the event of lawful withdrawal.
